Portland Yoga Studio highly recommends that students move toward regularity of class time/s and teacher/s.  
This can be the start of your "persistent practice". Ultimately, and as soon as possible, we encourage regular home practice of any, and even a small amount. With this, your time in class becomes a refinement of and support to the personal practice you develop while on your own.  

Below are some supports to hep you to develop a practice of your own.  The first is a video compilation of practices instructed by some of the world's leading Iyengar Yoga teachers including; Geeta Iyengar, John Schumacher and Lois Steinberg! The entire sequence lasts 45 minutes. Next, are some instruction videos from David. These are excellent resources for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice. Enjoy!
